This Privacy Policy explains how ZenfulCove LLC ("Zenfulcove," "we," "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you visit www.zenfulcove.com (the "Site"), contact us, or book a stay at our property at 103 Potato Smith Road, Unit C, Elgin, TX 78621. Information you give us. When you submit our contact, newsletter, special-offer popup, event inquiry, corporate wellness, or special request forms, we collect what you enter — typically your name, email address, phone number, and message. When you buy a gift card, we collect the purchaser and recipient names, email addresses, and the gift amount.

Booking information. Reservations are processed by our booking provider, Lodgify, which collects your stay dates, party details, contact information, and payment details. Card payments are handled by Lodgify and its payment processor (and by Stripe for gift cards); we never receive or store your full card number.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we and our analytics and advertising partners use cookies and similar technologies to collect device and usage data — such as your IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and how you found us.

We use the information we collect to respond to your inquiries, send discount codes you request, fulfill gift cards, support your reservation, send marketing emails or texts you have opted into, improve the Site and our offerings, prevent fraud and abuse, and comply with legal obligations.

We use the following tools, which set cookies or similar identifiers to measure how the Site is used and to make our advertising more relevant:

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that operate the Site and our business on our behalf — email delivery (SendGrid), text messaging (Twilio), payments (Stripe), bookings (Lodgify), website hosting and databases (Vercel, Neon), and the analytics and advertising partners listed above — and where required by law, or as part of a business transfer such as a merger or sale of assets.

We keep personal information for as long as we need it for the purposes described here or as the law requires, then delete or anonymize it. Information is encrypted in transit and stored with reputable providers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and use providers that do the same.

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing contact@zenfulcove.com. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any email, and stop texts by replying STOP.

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this Policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the new version on this page with an updated date. Meaningful changes will be highlighted on the Site.
